| Arkansas Governor School for upcoming Seniors! |

|
Jr. High Quiz Bowl team participated in the Arkansas Governor's Quiz Bowl Association Quiz Bowl Camp at England High School on Saturday, December 3rd. Eight students were present: 9H students Kaitlyn Akel, Phillip Wiggins, Rhett Ward, Chris Zimmerman, and Beth Caplinger; 9P student Evatt Ralston; and 7P students Natalie Crace and Pierre Bass. Coach: Tim Sisk
Kaitlyn Akel was selected to the All-Tournament Team, which was comprised of the 8 students tournament-wide who scored the highest number of points individually for their respective teams.
Chris Zimmerman was a member of the top scoring team in the entire tournament, earning him an individual first place award.

| Career Seminars-Walton Foundation |
LISA Academy organized first Career Seminar on November 16, 2011. Mrs. Kathy Smith from Walton Foundation gave an insprational speech and answered LISA student`s questions regarding the foundation.After the speech APSRC Director Scott Smith and Mrs. Smith had a school tour.
Mrs. Smith : " It's obvious you have a high quality school, and I'm very proud of all the school's and students' accomplishments."
